Get the right support

Contact the merchant who gave you the payment link. The merchant controls the requested amount, description, fulfillment, refunds, and customer relationship.

Merchant accounts are provisioned directly by GM-Pay. Use the support contact supplied during account onboarding. Never send a password, recovery code, private key, seed phrase, or complete payment credential in a support message.

If you believe a GM-Pay page is misleading or compromised, stop using it and report the complete URL to your GM-Pay account contact. Do not enter credentials after a browser security warning.
