GM-Pay helps approved merchants create payment links and lets customers complete those payment requests using a compatible payment application.
What GM-Pay does
A merchant creates a payment link. The payer reviews the merchant identity and amount, then GM-Pay creates a time-limited Lightning invoice. GM-Pay records a payment only after the payment processor confirms settlement.
Current test environment
GM-Pay is currently operating in a development and testnet environment. It is not ready for real customer funds. Test pages are marked clearly until the platform completes its mainnet launch checks.
Independent service
GM-Pay is not Cash App, Block, Inc., a bank, or a custodian. References to Cash App only identify an external application that may be used to open a compatible Lightning payment request.
